Terms of Use for KeyFX

1. Overview

KeyFX is a professional entertainment tool. It is intended for performance and amusement, and nothing in it should be relied on as a security, identification, or verification mechanism.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own lawful use. The App is licensed to you, not sold.

3. Use of the App

• Present the App's output as genuine evidence, identification, or proof of anything

5. Method Confidentiality

The App's working method is part of its value as a performance tool. You agree not to publish, demonstrate, or otherwise disclose how the App achieves its effects to the general public.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its name, its interface, its artwork, and all related materials are the property of NahapetFX and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NahapetFX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the App from your devices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law.
